November 2, Fineko/abc.az. A delegation consisting of Prime Minister Ali Asadov and senior officials of the Presidential Administration paid a visit to Eastern Zangezur on 1 November.

ABC.AZ informs that the delegates first got acquainted with the recently commissioned Zangilan International Airport. The representative of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari CJSC informed about the work carried out at the airport.

Then the delegation left for the city of Gubadli, where Anar Guliyev, the chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, made a report on the general plan of the city of Gubadli.

The delegates also inspected the 110 kV Gubadli substation. Azerenergy’s president Balababa Rzayev informed about the work done at the substation.

Then they visited the Gorcu Airport in Lachin district. A representative of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari CJSC made a report on the work in connection with the construction of the airport.

Anar Guliyev informed about the general plan of the city of Kalbajar, and chairman of board of the State Agency of Highways of Azerbaijan Saleh Mammadov reported on the work done on the Kalbajar-Lachin highway.

As part of the trip, the heads of the relevant bodies were given the necessary instructions and instructions on reconstruction and rehabilitation works in all the inspected places, as well as on infrastructure projects in accord with Azerbaijani president’s tasks.
