Sollers starts production of two new cars

November 28, Fineko/abc.az. Automobile company Sollers has launched serial production of two new models of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) - Atlant and Argo.

ABC.AZ reports that Sollers restarted production using the capacities of the former joint venture with American concern Ford, which left Russia.

New car models will be produced on the territory of SEZ Alabug in Tatarstan.

Atlant is a car weighing from 2.5 to 4.2 tons, equipped with a 139 or 150 hp diesel engine of Euro 5 ecological class. Argo is a compact car weighing from 2.5 to 3.5 tons with a 130 hp diesel engine or with a 147 hp Euro 5 gasoline engine.
