July 2, Fineko/abc.az. Southern Gas Corridor CJSC has raised a syndicated loan of $750 million.

The Company reports that the loan is given under the guarantee of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) for financing the project of the Trans-Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP).

"Under the governmental guarantee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the guarantee of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, the loan and guarantee agreements were signed for the allocation of $500 million and €215 million to the Southern Gas Corridor CJSC, and a total of the $750 million syndicated loan. The agreement on the governmental guarantee on the loan agreement signed by Finance Minister Samir Sharifov on behalf of Republic of Azerbaijan and the credit agreement by Southern Gas Corridor CJSC general director Afghan Isayev," the Company informed.
