AGBank shareholders to gather for a general meeting

July 18, Fineko/abc.az. The general meeting of the shareholders of Azerbaijan’s AGBank will be held on 6 September 2018.

"At the general meeting the shareholders are to approve the financial report for 2017, hear out the report of the Audit Committee, and endorse the financial results," AGBank’s spokesman said.

Bank’s net loss on the national financial reporting standards following operations in 2017 amounted to AZN 6.687 million.

AGBank was founded in 1992 and is among Top 10 banks of Azerbaijan.
