July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Mukhtar Babayev will receive the residents from Shabran, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Siyazan and Khizi districts at Heydar Aliyev Center (address: Heydar Aliyev avenue 60a), located in Shabran at 09:30 on July 27, 2018.
