Central Bank placed short-term notes

July 25, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held an auction on short-term notes.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that on 25 July the CBA offered the notes with state registration number 50100770s in the amount of AZN 250 million for 28-day term.

The 14 investors submitted the 25 orders for totally AZN 466.27 million. The investors gave AZN 99.3812 for the notes (yield: 8.01%).

Under CBA’s decision, the cut-off price and the weighted average price were set at the level of AZN 99.3812 (yield: 8.01%). As a result, the short-term notes were placed for AZN 250 million.

The maturity date of the notes is 22 August 2018.
