August 13, Fineko/abc.az. Employees of the Department of Environmental Protection of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources held a subsequent raid in order to investigate the state of compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On wildlife".

In the village of Karimli of Oguz region, a resident of the village of Elchin Babayev, Black kite, which was illegally removed from the nature, entered the Red Book of Azerbaijan.

A protocol was drawn up on E. Babayev and he was fined in the amount of AZN 500.

The black kite was taken to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and Rehabilitation Clinic under the Altiagac National Park. The bird will be released to the wild after the rehabilitation period.
