September 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan is taking measures aimed at simplifying the system of tax registration of entrepreneurs.

Alakbar Mammadov, CEO of the Ministry’s Department of Control of State Registration & Accounting, has stated that the system of e-registration of limited liability companies with foreign investments will be introduced soon.

"For such registration, foreign citizens or citizens without citizenship should apply to tax authorities in e-form and fill in a relevant application. The founder should approve the regulation in real time by means of e-signature," the CEO said.

According to Mammadov, on the day of registration of the LLC, certificate and statement of registration and the regulation will be sent to the e-mail of the entrepreneur.

"Work in this direction is already at the stage of completion," Mammadov added.
