October 1, Fineko/abc.az. Visa announced the return of Vera Platonova to the Company as senior vice president and director of Visa’s regional division on the CIS & South-Eastern Europe (CISSEE).

The Visa’s press service reports that Platonova will take up her duties on 22 October.

Platonova worked for Visa in Ukraine from 2007 to 2010 and will now manage Visa's entire activities on 17 markets in Central Asia, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. She will be under the direct supervision of Andrew Torre, regional president for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEMEA), and will be included in the leadership of Visa CEMEA. She will also represent the interests of the CISSEE region through regional and global networks. Platonova returns to Visa after 8 years of work at MasterCard, where she headed the representative office of the payment system in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Central Asia.
