Russian Press Secretary: Azerbaijan and Russia have a joint history

October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Russian President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov has called the results of the meetings of Russian and Azerbaijani leaders very positive.

Peskov stated that the two countries share a common history, and there is no doubt both Russian and Azerbaijan will also have a joint history ahead.

The press secretary pointed out that partnership and trust relationships have formed between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev and that allows them to discuss the most complex issues.

"You know, including what questions," Peskov emphasized.

Putin's press secretary also underlined that two states’ links are very multifaceted.
