November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Top management of “AzerTelecom” LLC, the backbone internet provider which connects Azerbaijan to the international Internet network, expressed its satisfaction with the participating as a speaker and expert-moderator in the "Global Influencer Day" event held at Heydar Aliyev Center within the framework of "Innovation Week" in Baku on October 26-29.

Thus, the speaker of the official part of the event was Jeyhun Ali, Head of Corporate Communication Department of "AzerTelecom" LLC. A panel discussion on Blockchain technology was held by Samir Nuriyev, Director General for Commercial Issues of "AzerTelecom", a Blockchain expert, and detailed information about this technology was provided. Samir Nuriyev spoke about the use of Blockchaintechnology in various fields of economy, the advantages of this technology, and the use of Blockchain in the banking sector in Azerbaijan. The guests participating in panel discussions - heads of various leading banks in our country, in their turn, provided detailed information on the application of Blockchain technology in our country and made various proposals.

"Global Influencer Day" gathered together the representatives of Google, Facebook, Oculus, Gezimania, Vispera, Vogue, Booking.com, Joi and other most recognized companies of the world, influencers, business and brand owners in Baku. Well-known speakers exchanged valuable views on influencer marketing, data marketing, electronic commerce, and Blockchain technology and other areas. The humanoid robot Sophia developed based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), also spoke at the event.

It should be mentioned that "Global Influencer Day" was organized by "Keepface DMCC" and "FA International Trade Events".
