25% of Embafinans bonds have already been sold on the secondary market

November 19, Fineko / abc.az. The first purchase and sale of 10.5% bonds of the Azerbaijan non-Bank credit institution Embafinans on the secondary market was recorded.

The company reports that within the deal 500 bonds were sold at a price higher than the face value-at AZN 1014.63.

"The amount of the transaction amounted to 507.3 thousand manats. The interest rate on these bonds amounted to 9%, indicating a high level of attractiveness of these securities to investors", - stated in the message.

Embafinans placed AZN 2 million bonds on the Baku stock exchange on October 8. 2 thousand bonds with a nominal value of 1000 manats each were issued with a circulation period of 365 days and at a rate of 10.5% per annum. The entire volume of the issue was purchased by one investor. The underwriter of the placement is the investment company AzFinance. The bonds will expire on October 8, 2019.

Embafinans 2012. During this period, the non-Bank credit organization issued about 160 million loans to more than 150 thousand customers. The authorized capital is AZN 10 million, the share of overdue loans is 4.5%. Embafinans has been operating at a profit for the last three years, at the end of the third quarter of 2018 it made a profit of AZN 1.5 million.
