Azerbaijan and UAE discussed the current state of the global oil market

December 5, Fineko/abc.az. Minister of energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov met with President of OPEC conference, Minister of energy of UAE Suhail Mohammed Faraj al-Mazrui.

The Ministry informed that the current state of the global oil market was discussed.

"The Ministers discussed possible options to prevent the fall in oil prices and ensure the stability of the market. The sides also exchanged views on the role of Azerbaijan in the format of OPEC+ cooperation, as well as cooperation between the UAE and Azerbaijan in the energy sector," it was reported.
