December 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on simplifying procedures for connecting of micro, small and medium-sized businesses to services of public utility companies.

The decree says about the conditions for connection to the gas supply, water supply and wastewater disposal systems, as well as changes in the supplied volume of gas and water, the conditions for changing the points of connection. Cost of those services will be fixed by the Cabinet Ministers, and the technical conditions for these services will be provided free of charge.

Documents for connection to public utility services will be accepted at small & medium-sized business and Asan Kommunal centers. In districts where ASAN Kommunal centers are lacking, documents are accepted at ASAN Service centers. Allapplicationsmustbesentwithin 20 days.
