January 4, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) and Baku International Bus Terminal worked in active regime during the days of New Year’s Holiday.

At the same time the Bus Terminal will continue operating in such regime until 5 January.

During the holidays because of the large flow of passengers the railwaymen had to pick up 82 additional cars on domestic trains and trains of Baku-Tbilisi-Baku route. During New Year’s holidays Baku-Tbilisi-Baku trains transported 20,171 passengers, and this indicator is few-fold higher than in usual days. Train Baku-Ganja-Baku, operating from 30 December 2018 was used by 309 passengers.

Buses carried 111,066 passengers during the red-letter days of New Year’s Holiday.
