Absheron SOCAR declares liquidation

February 12, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR Absheron (a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) announced its liquidation.

The Ministry of Taxes reports that creditors can submit their claims within two months at address: 73, Neftchilar Avenue, Baku.

SOCAR Absheron, which passed state registration on 25 April 2018, was established by SOCAR and France’s Total for implementation of the project on development of offshore gas condensate field Absheron in the Caspian Sea. SOCAR Absheron was run by Vagif Aliyev, the head of the SOCAR Investment Department.
