February 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange.

The BSE reports that on 12 February the bond issue for AZN 20 million with ISIN-code AZ0105002759 and with circulation period of 728 days was placed.

During the auction the 7 investors submitted 10 applications in price interval from AZN 98.2062 AZN per bond (yield: 9.0000%) to AZN 100.3638 (7.8000%), in the total amount of AZN 43.61 million.

Under Finance Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of 100.0181 (yield: 7.9900%) and the weighted average price at AZN 100.0442 (7.9756%).

As a result, the bonds were placed for AZN 20 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 9 February 2021.
