Sample charter of DOST centers endorsed

May 24, Fineko/abc.az. With the purpose to ensure the implementation of Article 7.4 of Presidential Decree #387 from 10 December 2018 on ensuring the activity of the Agency for Sustainable & Operational Social Security, the Cabinet Ministers approved the sample charter of the DOST centers.

The decision, signed by Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov, reflects the goals and activities of the center, its functions and rights, management, authorized capital, property, financial and economic activities, as well as the form and scope of control over the activities of the center, accounting and reporting in the center, reorganization and liquidation of the center.
