June 3, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee on Property Issues informs that the next auction will be held on 2 July. Among the 85 property facilities to be put up for the auction are 19 joint-stock companies, 37 small state-run enterprises, 12 non-residential land plots, 16 motor vehicles and one unfinished building.

One of the objects of privatization is the Shamkir branch of refrigeration plant Chinar. The total area of this property is about 2,000 sq m, and the land area is more than 27,000 sq m.

Besides, such joint stock companies as Aintensive, Barda Kirpich, Chatal Broiler, Lyaki Galvanized Containers, and others have ben set out for the auction.

The joint-stock companies put up for the auction are located both in the capital and in different districts of the country.
