Number of members of Unibank Supervisory Board reduced from 5 to 4

June 13, Fineko/abc.az. Some changes have been made in the Supervisory Board of Unibank.

Zoltan Salai, a member of the Supervisory Board has left his post. Thus, the number of members of Bank’s Supervisory Board decreased from 5 to 4. This was announced by Sulkhiya Shirinova, the head of Unibank Public Relations & Media Department.

Mr. Salayi was elected a member of the Supervisory Board in 2016.

The authorized capital of Unibank is AZN 125.68 million. 44.5% of Bank’s shares belong to the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, 41.9% to Eldar Garibov (chairman of the Supervisory Board) and 13.6% to other legal entities and individuals.
