June 27, Fineko/abc.az. At the plenary session on 27 June the Azerbaijani parliamentarians adopted amendments to State Budget 2019 in the 1st reading.

Changes are implied in some articles of expenditure part of the budget.

Extra AZN 150 million will be directed for Article "Defence Spending". Defence spending will increase up to AZN 3.187 bn.

The amount of financing allocated to the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour & Social Protection is reduced by AZN 150 million.

The MPs approved the amendments to the SSPF budget under which revenues and expenditures of the Fund for 2019 are increased by AZN 200 million up to AZN 4.128 bn.

In addition, Milli Majlis approved the amendments to the budget of the Unemployment Insurance Fund of Azerbaijan, according to which revenues and expenditures of the Fund in 2019 increase by AZN 15 million up to AZN 98.45 million.
