July 9, Fineko/abc.az. A business forum has been organized in Ismayilli district of Azerbaijan on 9 July.

Addressing to the forum, Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Mammadov stated that over the past period of this year 545 entrepreneurs received loans in the amount of AZN 50.1 million for financing investment projects for totally AZN 182 million.

He pointed out that implementation of investment projects with the use of those loans will create up to 2,000 jobs.

As part of the business forum, 28 entrepreneurs in economic region ‘Dagli Shirvan’ were given subsidized loans for AZN 476,000. The loans will be mainly aimed at developing animal husbandry, horticulture, viticulture and other industries.

As a whole, to date the business entities operating in economic region ‘Dagli Shirvan’, including loans given at today's forum, it was given loans in the amount of AZN 73.4 million to finance 1,969 investment projects.
