July 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange.

The BSE informs that the bond issue with ISIN code AZ0106012757 for AZN 15 million and circulation period of 1,092 days was placed on 9 July.

The 10 investors submitted 15 orders for totally AZN 49.646 million. The investors offered bonds from AZN 97.7122 (yield: 9.9%) up to AZN 100.7774 (8.7%).

Under Finance Ministry’s decision, cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 100.3101 (yield: 8.8799%) and weighted average price at AZN 100.3666 (8.8581%).

Following the auction the bonds were placed for AZN 15 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 5 July 2022.
