July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE reports that on 16 July it placed the issue of bonds with ISIN-code AZ0105013756 for AZN 20 million with circulation period of 728 days.

The 18 investors submitted 29 orders for totally AZN 90.16 million. The investors offered from AZN 96.4540 (yield: 10%) up to AZN 101.8370 (6.9997%) per bond.

Under MoF’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 100.6378 (yield: 7.65%), and the weighted average price AZN 100.8307 (7.5447%).

Following the auction the bonds were placed for AZN 20 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 13 July 2021.
