September 18, Fineko/abc.az. Complaints against Standard Insurance are received one after another.

So, on July 25 of this year, at 11:45 p.m., a VAZ 2107 brand car with a license plate 10 – LL-224 collided with a Mercedes car with a state license plate number 99 – EV-084.

Despite the fact that a representative of a Mercedes automobile insurance company arrived at the scene, the opposite side, insured by Standard Insurance, did not call representatives of this company, driver of the Mercedes car, Konul Mirzoyeva, told abc.az.

She noted that after identifying the culprit of the accident, information was provided to the insurer of a VAZ 2107 - Standard Insurance company.

And then the representatives of Standard Insurance under various pretexts did not conduct a timely assessment of the car and simply verbally offered the citizen different amounts.

The victim communicated, in particular, with persons named Ramiz and Teymur, who introduced themselves as evaluators, but did not come to any result.

After some time, this company proposed Mirzoyeva to elect a new independent expert. With the consent of the authorized representative of the Mercedes car driver, insurance expert Ilkin Ibragimov was identified as an appraiser.

Despite the fact that the new appraiser submitted an act on damage to the car in the amount of AZN 4,600 manat, Standard Insurance employees Teymur and Ramiz said that they would not pay the money to the victim. Without stopping at this, representatives of the specified company, insulting the victim, told her that she could contact any authority. Mirzoyeva called 102 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and called the police to an insurance company.

Despite the fact that the police who arrived at the scene, at the request of the customer service department, left the scene, the company is still evading payment of funds to the victim.
