October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Close participation of business representatives in the preparation of projects on the improvement of both legislation and administration creates wide opportunities for timely consideration of their proposals and preliminary preparation for the adoption of these projects.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Vusal Shikhaliyev, the head of Business Environment Commission’s Secretariat and international ratings of Azerbaijan, at the event "Digital approach in improving the business environment", organized in Baku by the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.

He noted that an electronic communication system was created within the framework of the Commission for this purpose. The system allows all the interested parties to improve the investment climate to use it.

"This system has a number of advantages for institutionalization and digitization of the process of preparation, coordination and implementation of business reforms, involvement of business representatives in the process of preparation and communication of business reforms, international and local experts as permanent and equal members within the state-business dialogue platform," Shikhaliyev said.
