Is Rabitabank`s management to undergo changes? – BANK SHAREHOLDERS GATHER FOR A MEETING

October 18, Fineko/abc.az. Changes in the board of Azerbaijan’s Rabitabank are expected soon.

ABC.AZ reports that the matter may be raised at the Bank's shareholders meeting on 10 December. The next general meeting of shareholders will be held in accord with the decision #119 of the Supervisory Board of the Bank from 14 October 2019.

The meeting agenda includes approval of the Bank's budget forecasts for financial year 2020, changes in the composition of management bodies and current issues.

The meeting will be held at 5 pm on the specified date at Bank’s address of the Bank: 33, The 28th May Street, Baku.
