November 19, Fineko/abc.az. The inclusion of another bank’s shares in the listing of the standard market segment of the Baku Stock Exchange has been reported.

ABC.AZ informs that this bank is Bank NBC.

On 17 December 1992 Bank NBC was registered by the Central Bank as joint-stock commercial bank Ruzu, according to document #25, and starting from 30 December 1992 the Bank began to carry out relevant banking operations on license #122. Since 17 January 2002 it continued activities in the banking sector, changing the name to commercial bank NBCBank. In March 2005 its legal form was transformed into an open joint stock company in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
