According to the bond issue prospectus with ISIN-code AZ2024008685, AZ2025008684, AZ2026008683 issued by the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, along with payment of interest on the day of payment of interest on the bonds, payment of a certain part of the nominal residual value of the bonds (equal to a part of the principal debt payments on assets included in the mortgage coverage) is provided, reports the Baku Stock Exchange.

On 28 November the issuer made another interest payment on bonds AZ2024008685, AZ2025008684, AZ2026008683 ISIN.

Based on this, the amount of the balance of these bonds at par from this date is AZN 848.24. In the next period the interest rate will be calculated on the basis of 3 percent income in the amount of AZN 848.24. When trading bonds on the Baku Stock Exchange AZ2024008685, AZ2025008684, AZ2026008683, the base price of the bonds should be AZN 848.24.
