Did Rabitabank delete funds on customer plastic cards? – Bank`s representative repsponse to claims

December 26, Fineko/abc.az. On 25 December, Rabitabank clarified its claims regarding the removal of utility payments from its customers' accounts on plastic cards.

ABC.AZ reports that the Bank’s official statement says that Rabitabank is preparing to introduce new features for more convenient tracking of payment history of its customers.

The innovations are introduced jointly with Azericard and on 25 December during the tests on the introduction of new services the utility payments removed as a result of the failure were returned to accounts of customers.

It should be noted that on 25 December due to an error of Azericard LLC, information about the removal of funds from Rabitabank's plastic cards was spread in some mass media.
