December 29, Fineko/abc.az. An auction on the placement of short-term notes of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange on 10 January.

ABC.AZ was reported from the BSE that the volume of notes put up for auction is AZN 50 million, the nominal value is 100 manats, and the circulation period is 84 days.

The notes will be paid on 6 April.

The total number of orders submitted by each bank must not exceed 2 (1 competitive and 1 non-competitive).

Non-competitive bids may be accepted during the auction, provided that no more than 20% of the notes issue. Settlements on transactions concluded as a result of the auction will be carried out in the T+1 mode. Buyers of CBA’s short-term notes can be only local banks operating under license.
