Oil price rises after falling the day before

January 16, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are rising in Thursday's trading, after falling on Wednesday to the lowest level in six weeks.

Following the trading on 15 January, March’s futures for Brent oil at the London ICE Futures Exchange decreased in price by $0.49 (0.76%) to $64 per barrel. Their cost grew by $0.43 (0.67%) up to $64.43 per barrel by 9:10 am.

Following the results of trading on 15 January at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of February’s WTI futures fell by $0.42 (0.72%) to $57.81 per barrel. WTI futures for February rose by $0.41 (0.71%) up to $58.22 per barrel by 9:10 am.
