Data on BTC oil volumes published

January 16, Fineko/abc.az. The data has been unveiled on Azerbaijani oil delivered in 2019 via pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan through Turkey to the world market.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to Botash’s report that the pipeline carried 233.175 million barrels of oil last year.

According to the report, so far it was transported more than 3.3 bn barrels of oil to the world market from the sea terminal in Ceyhan. Last year, most of all oil was transported in May (22.149 million barrels).

The 1.776 km long BTC pipeline was commissioned in July 2006.
