January 24, Fineko/abc.az. The total area of facilities permitted for construction exceeds 4 million sq m.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Anar Guliyev, the chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, at Committee’s board meeting, held on 24 January and devoted to the results of 2019.

"The total area of ground floors of construction projects approved by the Committee's orders in 2019, planned for construction and justified by 371 urban planning documents (the basis for issuing construction permits in Azerbaijan) is 4.647 million sq m, including more than 2.52 sq m of apartments," Guliyev emphasized.
