Chinar Park chairman of board to be dismissed – Shareholders gather on the occasion

February 13, Fineko/abc.az. The next general meeting of the Chinar Park’s shareholders will be held on 30 March.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held at 10 am at address: Baku City, Narimanov District, Ziya Buniyadov Avenue, Block 1965, 5. The meeting participants will cover the issues of financial reporting for fiscal year 2019, the removal from office of the chairman of board of Chinar Park and the appointment of new chairman of board, replacement of the members of the China Park Supervisory Board and other organizational questions.
