February 14, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades continue rising for the 4th consecutive auction on Friday.

Following the trading on 13 February at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price of April’s futures for Brent oil rose by $0.55 (0.99%) up to $56.34 per barrel.

By 9:35 am, Brent futures for April grew by $0.04 (0.07%) up to $56.38 per barrel.

Following the trading on 13 February at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), March’s WTI futures increased in price by $0.25 (0.49%) up to $51.42 per barrel.

By 9:35 am, March’s WTI futures contract rose by $0.09 (0.17%) up to $51.51 per barrel.

Since the beginning of the week Brent has increased by 3.5% and WTI by 2.3%.

Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light grew in price by $0.27 (0.45%) up to $60.80 per barrel.
