February 19, Fineko/abc.az. The high percentage of loans given by banks in Azerbaijan has always caused concern in the society.

This is acknowledged even by many governmental officials. And last time, in a meeting of entrepreneurs with Elman Rustamov, the chairman of the board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the opinion was voiced that the interest rates of loans given by banks in the country are quite high.

For this reason, we first contacted one of the country's leading banks, Azer Turk Bank, and asked if they had plans to reduce credit interest rates in the near future.

In response to ABC.AZ’s question Bank’s spokesman Rauf Agayev noted that Azer Turk Bank is one of the financial and credit organizations that give credits to corporate clients on the most favorable terms.

Agayev noted that the Bank will continue this trend.
