March 19, Fineko/abc.az. At night of 19 March 123 Azerbaijani citizens returned home by charter flight of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) via route Budapest-Baku.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to AZAL’s press service that this is the second charter flight of Azerbaijan’s air carrier from Europe. Yesterday, 161 passengers were delivered from Rome to Baku.

Also, one more charter flight with 237 Azerbaijani citizens was performed via route Istanbul-Baku at night on 19 March.

The AZAL and Aeroflot airlines continue carrying out charter flights from Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) on a contractual basis. To date, these flights have transported 697 Azerbaijani citizens to Baku.

AZAL is to continue work in this direction.
