April 9, Fineko/abc.az. The inflation rate in Azerbaijan made up 2.6% for 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Prime Minister Ali Asadov in a video report submitted by the Cabinet Ministers.

According to Asadov, the minimum unemployment rate in Azerbaijan made up 4.8%.

The PM pointed out that the State Budget revenues totaled AZN 24.2 bn and expenditures AZN 24.4 bn. For the first time in 2019 the assets of the Oil Fund exceeded AZN 40 bn. The external debt reached AZN 9.91 bn. Last year, 70% of investments were made at the expense of domestic investors, and 30% at the expense of foreign investors. During the reporting year the foreign trade turnover totaled $33.1 bn, and the positive balance reached $5.8 bn.
