A new presidential decree changes procedure of farm subsidizing

May 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has made some changes to the procedure for subsidizing the agricultural production, endorsed by decree from 27 June 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the newly-signed decree in this regard, the preparation of plastic cards for crop and livestock farmers to which the farm subsidies are transferred and rendered banking services are carried out at the expense of State Budget financing on the basis of the relevant application agreed annually with the authorized bank by the Agency of Agricultural Loan & Development under the Ministry of Agriculture.
