May 31, Fineko/abc.az. The Agency for Development of Small & Medium Business (KOBIA) under the Ministry of Economy has announced an open tender procedure for the implementation of organizational work on the beginning of activities of the Baku SMEs Development Center, trainings and seminars for SMEs in the Centre, as well as consulting and support services.

ABC.AZ reports that tender participation cost is 1,000 manats. The applicants can submit preliminary documents till 5 June, and the tender offer and bank guarantee for up to 2% of collateral value till 16 June to the KOBIA administrative building at 134, Atatürk Avenue, Narimanov district, Baku.

The results of the tender will be announced at 4 pm on 17 June on the unified Internet portal of public procurement.

The winner's work must be submitted within a maximum of 1 year.
