According to him, the implementation of the Shah Deniz 2 project is complete by 99 percent. Shah Deniz 2 is the main resource base of the Southern Gas Corridor. At the same time, this year it is planned to complete the TANAP project. It has been completed by 90 percent. The work proceeds on the schedule, and this giant project is being successfully implemented. After the implementation of the Southern Gas Corridor, the issues of Europe's energy security will be built on an even more solid foundation.

"Taking into account that 1 billion cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas will be transported to Bulgaria within a few years, today, together with the Prime Minister, we instructed the heads of the relevant structures to shortly study the issues related to the gasification of Bulgaria by the Azerbaijani company SOCAR and to provide information about opportunities," the head of state said.
