June 2, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the financial assistance to religious organizations in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the order on the provision of the financial assistance to religious organizations in Azerbaijan the State Budget will allocate AZN 2 million to the Caucasus Muslims Department AZN 350,000 to the Baku and Azerbaijan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, AZN 350,000 to the Baku Religious Community of Mountain Jews, AZN 150,000 to  the Baku Religious Community of European Jews, AZN 150,000 to the Apostolic Prefecture of the Catholic Church in Azerbaijan, and AZN 150,000 to the Albanian-UDI Christian Religious Community of Azerbaijan, AZN 100,000 for the purpose of material support of other non-Islamic religious communities, the Fund for the Promotion of Spiritual Values, which is subordinate to the State Committee for Work with Religious Entities.
