Oil cheapens after rising the day before, Brent is at $41.50 a barrel

June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are declining in Tuesday’s trading after their rise the day before.

By 9:20 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for August fell by $0.19 (0.46%) to $41.52 per barrel. At the end of trading on 29 June the Brent futures for August rose in price by $0.69 (1.68%) to $41.71 per barrel.

By 9:20 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for August fell in price by $0.19 (0.48%) to $39.51 per barrel. Following the trading on 29 June the value of WTI contracts for August increased by $1.21 (3.14%) up to $39.70 per barrel.
