Gas consumption in Azerbaijan has grown

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. The actual level of natural gas consumption in Azerbaijan for the 2nd quarter of 2020 has been published.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to SOCAR’s report that natural gas consumption increased more than by 2.2 bn cu m for the specified period. The growth occurred due to the population category.

Thus, the volume of gas consumed by the population within the country increased by 20.5%, while the level of gas consumption in the industrial and energy sectors decreased.
