July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on additional financial assistance to the local media.

ABC.AZ reports that in accord with the order the Presidential Reserve Fund of the State Budget allocated AZN 3 million to the National TV & Radio Broadcasting Council for additional support for the broadcasting of private national channels via Azerspace-1 satellite and other means of broadcasting.

Besides, AZN 300,000 was allocated from the Reserve Fund to the Media Support fund under the President for organization of events dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the National Press of Azerbaijan and extra financial assistance to newspapers published in the country.
