January 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku White City Project begins picking up steam among the housing buyers.

Real estate agent Samir Nazarov has stated that in January the number of those who wish to purchase housing within the Baku White City Project has increased much.

"In December 10 apartments were sold within the project and in January the index has already reached 20 apartments and most of them are 2-3 room apartments," the agent emphasized.

He added that growth of demand for apartments within the project is linked with upgrading infrastructure and with wide space and small number of floors. Mostly buyers purchase apartments in 5-7-storey buildings, while there is almost no demand on 20-storey buildings.
