Those who don’t pay for these types of insurance not to be able to leave country

September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The right of those who do not pay contributions for compulsory state insurance, compulsory health insurance and unemployment insurance will be temporarily restricted.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and the Migration Code, discussed in the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship and recommended to the plenary session of Milli Majlis.

In accordance with Article 305.1.12 of the valid Civil Procedure Code, the court considers cases on temporary restriction of the right of the head of the executive body, individuals or legal entities that are taxpayers to leave the country in a special procedure.

In accord with the changes, this article is given in a new version.

According to the new version, if the taxpayer or the insurer fails to fulfill his obligations on payment of taxes, contributions on mandatory state insurance, mandatory medical insurance and unemployment insurance in cases and within the time limits established by law, accrued taxes, fees on mandatory state social insurance, mandatory medical insurance and insurance and unemployment interests, payment of taxes and financial sanctions applied to mandatory state insurance fees, the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority has the right to apply to the court about temporary restriction of the right of individuals or legal entities to leave the country.
