MP can be released from responsibility in this case – Explanation

September 16, Fineko/abc.az. The MP who is under investigation by the Milli Majlis Disciplinary Commission must appear at an upcoming meeting of the Commission.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Commission, the MP who violated the rules of ethical behavior for the first time may not be held accountable if he admits to the violation, sincerely repents and submits a written apology in this regard.
