Poultry producers warned about danger of contracting the disease

September 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Food Safety Agency (AQTA) has warned entrepreneurs working in the poultry industry.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Agency that AQTA’s recent state veterinary inspection at enterprises engaged in food trade, wholesale and retail outlets, markets and fairs has revealed that a number of animal products, including meat, milk, eggs, honey and products obtained from them by processing, are sold without the submission of state veterinary control.

If you eat poultry meat and animal products without veterinary control, there is a risk of infection of people with viral avian flu, Newcastle disease, salmonellosis of bacterial origin, campylobacteriosis, yersiniosis, chlamydia, pasteurellosis, avian flu and other diseases.
